Here we will explain how the awakening stages of opening up your subconscious mind works. How to travel within yourself and bring the subconscious to the conscious, therefore enabling you to have a greater awareness of your inner self and your true life path.
Let us break it down and compare it to the stages of learning to walk. Remember only when we are ready and have developed the skills will we master the art of walking.
Learning to walk is one of the most important achievements in a babies life, as it is the first steps towards independence.
So we begin by shuffling, rolling, crawling sitting, standing using support and finally walking.
This is exactly the same for stages of awakening. Once we master the art of inner development will we truly free ourselves .
By progressing through each stage we are taking ourselves closer to becoming truly independant. It will enable us to ask ourselves deep within . What is my life's true purpose?
At first we shuffle along, learning the art of coordination and muscle strength, yet not quite mastering the art of movement instantly. So primary it is daunting and slow.
However slowly we become aware that with each movement, we are getting closer to the object that we seek.
Enlightenment takes practice and perseverance. We begin by wanting to escape the world a little and go within ourselves. We do this through such things as meditation.
We start off by learning how to breath properly and then progress to emptying the mind and then going on a sacred journey through to the subconscious mind.
Slowly with practice we begin to realise that the more we meditate the easier it becomes and the greater depth we achieve. We begin to travel deeper and deeper into our mind and soul.
We slowly begin to comprehend that we can reach a higher levels by channeling into our subconscious, gathering all the knowledge that has lay there dormant. We then awaken to the fact that it contains so many answers to our life purpose.
Once you become aware that there are other ways to explore your environment, do we begin to open ourselves to see the importance of asking questions and seeking the answers.
This is achieved by gaining an understanding of the energies that exist within our world . Absolutely everything is made up of moving molecules, even objects which you perceive to be solid like a table.
Energy travels by moving in waves and it vibrates at different wavelengths. Sound is a form of energy. The length of the energy wave determines how we see it.
So everything in the world has its own energy wave including you.
We can go on to train ourselves how to recognise certain energies, in order to achieve this, we need to learn how to become at one with the energy vibrations. The only way we can do this,is by concentrating on the subtle changes within our bodies.
Try concentrating on two different items as they will contain different energy waves, this takes a lot of practice. However if you learn to tune into the vibrations, you will begin to notice and feel the changes. Just place your hands close to the objects but do not touch them.
Now concentrate on what tiny changes you notice within your body.
Energy therefore is all around us and we can obsorb this into our body. The world exists of negative and positive energies.
Later on we will look at how negative and positive energies affect our being.
For now try out some meditation, look for classes within your area and open your mind to a greater level of understanding oneself.
