Infinity loop

The infinity loop of life has so many meanings to our existence and to how we see and feel.

We imagine  so many things to be a certain way, when in fact they are nothing like the way we see them.this is our belief system, but where does that belief stem from?

Our journey on this earth plane is to learn.  So when you encounter a situation where you feel that "this always happens to me" then I can guarantee that it will keep on happening until you change your behaviour. You need to understand that these repeat patterns in your life are where you need to change, they are your life lessons.

So in order to stop yourself from going over the same ground continuously in a never ending pattern, you need to begin by revisiting situations.  You have to learn to change your behaviour, once you do this,  either the outcome will change or you are creating it through thinking it, as the quote states "whatever the thinker thinks the prover proves" and this is what your mind does it proves what you are thinking.

Your guides are always there around you but they  have no option but to keep putting you on the loop  until you begin to understand the meaning and lessons behind the behaviour. The trick is to spot the repeat behaviours that you have adopted. For this is where your work begins.

Cognitive behaviour therapy may help you to understand some of your behaviour and thought patterns by breaking down every thought you have that makes you feel unhappy or discontented and finding what belief system you have in place for this thought. This will then trigger a particular action from you which you will always repeat and therefore get the same response.

If you tell yourself you are poor or undeserving then that is what you will attract. The law of attraction makes this happen. Think of yourself like a magnet that whatever it thinks about it attracts and it attaches itself to it.

Stop, reflect, break it down and change your behaviour.
